What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
However, if you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, send us an email with the order number, name, and picture of the product (if damaged) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) in the mail; we will gladly help you!
If you need to cancel/edit your order, you MUST email us at halodollsco@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. In your email, be sure to include your order number and name. After the 24 hour window of order being placed, we CANNOT cancel/refund your order.
