Shipping Policy for Custom Cases?

Our cases are custom made from vintage & reworked scraps. Shipping will take 6-8 business days. Processing time may take 1-2 business days. Please know that once an order is shipped and at the hands of the carrier, that means it is on its way

Please note that even after your package has been shipped, USPS tracking will state that it is in pre-shipment, this just means that a post office near you has not received the package yet to deliver to you. Once a local post office receives your package, it will update.   

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, send us an email with the order number, name, and picture of the product (if damaged) within 48 hours of receiving the item(s) in the mail; we will gladly help you!

If you need to cancel your order, you MUST email us at halodollsco@gmail.com within 24 hours of your order being placed. In your email, be sure to include your order number and name. After the 24 hour window of order being placed, we CANNOT cancel/refund your order. 

 

Are your products authentic?

NO! Our products are not authentic and are not intended to be mistaken for authentic designer goods. They are only meant to be inspired designs.
